The principal directions of our company activity are design, production and selling of autocomponents. Long experience in designing and implementation of these developments at our production sites let us create products of high quality and reliability. We bear responsibility for our consumers’ safety and do our best in this field.
At the same time our company has the own distribution network with central offices in the largest cities of the Russian Federation. Thus we are trying to be closer to our consumers and offer them the reliable service of high quality: delivery of broad assortment within the shortest time.

About company
The principal direction of GROUP «TREK» activity is designing, production and selling of suspension, steering, transmission and brake system elements.
Marketing requirements shared with R&D departments are transformed into new innovation products that pass all possible tests: computer simulation techniques, benchmark trials and road tests. For new designs they use up-to-date materials; this makes it possible to offer customers our products with advanced durability and reliability consumer properties. Using, for example, unique decisions while developing CV joint design (presence of patent) and stabilizer links made of modern polymeric materials let us create a product with features considerably exceeding the previous analogues.
Hinge joints are not neglected as well; their design keeps upgrading. Therefore a customer gets an innovation product with advanced features.
Product industrial process includes the following manufacture types:
- Press – cold forming and forging,
- Machining process – turning and milling equipment unit, modern machining centers EMAG included,
- Polymer materials processing – modern equipment, injection-molding machines LG included,
- Assembly – with use of high-performance job-dedicated equipment,
- Tool production – provides the mainline with tools and equipment required by means of modern machining center.
Production facilities of the enterprise allow producing more than a million of joints per month.
They excised quality control at all the product manufacturing stages (coordinate inspection center WENZEL is used as well).
The quality management system of the company is certificated in correspondence with the international standard ISO 9001:2000 and the national standard GOST R ISO 9001:2001.
GROUP «TREK» manages the own commodity distribution network.
