Production in the town of Miass

The main production capabilities are concentrated at the areas in the town of Miass, Chelyabinsk region. The process flow includes the processes of pressing, metalworking, polymeric and assembling production. Under the technical re-equipment program there is the planned replacement of the out-of-date machines for the modern efficient equipment. Production area amounts to 3580 m², number of equipment is 273 units.

Press forging Cold and hot forging is the principal activity of the press forging; its measured operation recurrence allows supplying the workshops with blanks and componentry. The plant is equipped with presses of 63 tons up to 400 tons.

Metalworking production The aim of the metalworking production is to get the finished products of high quality by means of range of products and special blanks cutting. The up-to-date European and Asiatic machining centres allow producing wide range of components in hands-off operation with a minimum of labour input and high quality.

Manufacturing of polymer material products Manufacturing of polymer material products by means of die-casting is carried out at the modern foreign equipment. Raw materials of high quality produced by the first-rate chemistry concerns play the important part in the sustained quality of the plastic products. The workshop engaged in polymer material products manufacture is the leader in the field of the innovation solutions application.

Assembling Assembling efficient production has been achieved by means of the special-purpose equipment, designed and made by the engineering teams of the enterprise. More than a million of swing joints are allowed to be assembled and packed per month.

Coordinate measuring machine Using the coordinate measuring machine they curtail the time of new products mastering, rigs and gadgets acceptance. It is invaluable in the quality control process of the active production.
