Collaboration with automobile plants
The present day JSC “PA «”TREK” places high emphasis on collaboration with car assembly plants; the latter raise strict demands to quality, delivery time and products steady supplies. These demands usually exceed the basic requirements of the industry and impose the certain responsibility on the component suppliers.
Collaboration with automobile plants allows getting the information about the ways of the world automobile industry development, joining the engineering process of new automobiles at the earliest possible stages and developing the own production by means of learning new materials and construction as well as introducing of the cutting-edge technologies. Therefore all the components that “Trek” supplies to the assembly lines of the automobile plants are the innovation products.
Collaboration history with the automobile plants:

OAO «ZMA», town of Naberezhnye Chelny – 2002-2005 — delivery of ball joints for VAZ-1111 «Oka». -
OAO «GAZ», town of Nizhniy Novgorod – 2003 until now — design and production development, delivery of ball joints for passenger cars GAZ-3110 «Volga» with new ball-joint suspension. Within the bounds of the project the stabilizer link production of in-house development was adopted by request of the automobile plant. -
OAO «AVTOVAZ», city of Tolyatti – 2007-2008 — production of thermoplastic polyurethane boots of wheel drives for four-wheel drive and front-wheel-drive vehicles VAZ is adopted. The products passed the full range of bench tests in the research centers of the automobile plant as well road tests including high land. The boots for the automobiles “Shevy-Niva” were supplied. -
OAO «IzhAvto», the town of Izhevsk – 2008 until now — rear suspension stabilizer links for the automobiles KIA-Spectra were supplied. They gained the collaboration experience with the company KIA Motors Corporation and OAO «IzhAvto» in the field of designing and tests, and getting approval for production batch delivery to the assembly line.
